Manisha Abeysinghe, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with an additional board certification in anti-aging and regenerative medicine. She cares for patients at Advanced Obstetrics & Gynecology, LLC, with locations in Lebanon, Branchburg, and two offices in Flemington, New Jersey. Dr. Abeysinghe has extensive experience in women’s health, with special expertise in minimally invasive surgery, general obstetrics, and health and wellness optimization.

Dr. Abeysinghe earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, and her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. She went on to complete her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. After residency, she lived in Singapore, where she worked as a medical advisor and flight doctor for International SOS, the world’s largest medical assistance company. During her time there, she also studied Ayurveda and other Eastern medicine techniques.

Throughout her career, Dr. Abeysinghe has been honored with numerous awards, including Healthy Living’s New Jersey Top Doctor, multiple Patient Choice Awards, an Outstanding Laparoscopic Surgery Award, and recognition as one of the most compassionate doctors in her field. She is an active member of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, and the Asia-Pacific Association of Gynecologic Endoscopy. Additionally, she is a Reiki I and Reiki II master and holds an Ayurvedic degree from the Institute of Ayurvedic and Integrative Medicine.

Dr. Abeysinghe has been named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in New Jersey for several years, including 2025. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two children, as well as cooking, reading, and dancing.
