Abemwense (Abies) Omede is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for women across all stages of life. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York.

Abies has a special passion for women’s health and spent many years as a labor and delivery nurse, supporting women through some of life’s most meaningful and challenging moments. She is committed to helping women feel informed, empowered, and confident in their healthcare decisions through personalized education and high-quality clinical care.

Her professional interests include counseling and caring for women throughout every phase of life—from adolescence and reproductive years through menopause. She is particularly passionate about helping patients navigate chronic and often complex conditions such as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS/PMOS), endometriosis, and other women’s health concerns. Abies believes in partnering with her patients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote long-term wellness and improve quality of life.

Abies currently resides in Northern New Jersey with her husband and children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, serving in her church, and spending quality time with her family.
